Love moments like this. Dude with ultra eye-melting endgame armor and cash shop cosmetics approaches me at an open-world event and declares: I'll cover this side. We're fixing a leak in a water pipe. Cover it with what, I wonder? Peanut butter? I say nothing. He towers above me like a god of particle effects and high-effort achievements. Who am I to question him? I watch as he proceeds to decimate a bunch of mobs, but not pick up/throw the items they drop which is what the event requires. He posts ??? several times. Then he watches me pick up a single object in my weak little open-world hands, throw it, and complete the event. As the (mediocre) loot and XP sparkles down on everyone in the event radius, he says, somewhat meekly: ..oh.
