Work is a humiliation ritual for a simple self harmer like me

Coworkers keep asking me what happened to my neck and just completely ignoring my arm. I have to look at them and say “I tried to kill myself” and they generally have the same reaction

My only worry is I’m going to gain some sort of anorexia UnU… I am trying my absolute best to count calories healthily without getting toooo disordered with it. Thankfully loml LOVES my chunk so I could never betray him and become skinny.
