sounds like a loaded question, but to be clear, the only sentences i know of that get actually carried out are for intentional manslaughter, and repeat offenses of importing illegal drugs in bulk.

idk i don’t have any strong opinions on the matter, if you want to know more you probably should find local news sites that talk about these cases and use google translate to get the context, don’t just trust english websites for something concerning a non-english country.
