Winter is upon us. Time to get those compu-trainers out!

Hi folks,

As most of our loyal followers already know, we've moved our base of operation to Burlington, Vermont. In comparison to Virginia, that means winter sets in faster and the snows come easier but we wanted to make sure the good folks of Burlington had a place where they could help manage the holiday calories. So we teamed up with the Skirack outdoor supplier and team 1K2GO to bring you daily 1.5 to 2 hour compu-trainer classes! We will be making a more formal announcement later this week but as you scarf down turkey this Thanksgiving, just know we got you back and will help you in tip-top shape till Spring arrives again.

This is one of the small towns where the IdleFast is staying. Bormio (see map), in northern Italy is famous for its hot baths (which Roman aristocracy used to enjoy), gorgeous mountain scenery, and of course wicked good riding.
