meet ZEPHYR OFFICE - a collection of midcentury modern-inspired office items. when i initially started working on this set, i thought that it would get lost in my wips folder. but, i think i managed to make something nice out of it, and, most excitingly, this set features some cute & colorful swatches :)

Freja Crib (Improved and Functional)

hey all! here's another sims dump from me just because hehe, 4 cute sims I made out of my creative rut I'm having. bleh.. hope you like them!

Installing Tray Files:

place the tray files in the tray folder C:\Users\YOU\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray

(easy peasy!)

Installing Mods:

just place CC folder in your mods folder!! (you should se them in the gallery, check box include Custom Content)

only CC used was hair, skin, body presets, and eyebrows!

Hudson Bathroom - Collection of 31 New Items

I have had the idea to do a more ‘industrial’ bathroom for quite some time, but the idea never coalesced enough to come reality. I finally found that spark to reignite the idea, and here we are. I wouldn’t say this is specifically industrial in style, but the metal takes centre stage in the design. It also has a few new ideas like a separated shower and surround which i thought was ingenious when I saw the idea floating around a few places.

Anthology is a varied collection about the roughness of stone, the veins of marble, and textures of concrete and carved stone. This mural collection features 20 wall murals. Most are not repeating so the veins and marks in the stone are realistic. Included in the file is a catalogue, so you can delete those you dont want in game.
