That explains it. Not impossible. I haven’t listened to the radio in I don’t know how long. I’ve usually got my iTunes linked to my car when I’m in it, like now, and if I’m not listening to it around campus, I’m on a Pandora station.

Truuuue, I forgot you were my special hipster snowflake with music, you pretty little thaaaang. Although, I usually do the same thing in my car, and listen to my own delightful playlists, but I forgot my iPod somewhere. I thought it was in Jo’s room, but it’s probably at my folks’. Sigh. So radio it is, for the time being. I’m a sad, sad man.

I hope she is making good money on the publicity and record sales, along with the writers, producers, and everyone else involved in making the music is also making a good bit of money for that song. That being said, it is a dead horse, stop beating it. Also, the artist sang it with Taylor Swift, whose music I like but feel like it is sometimes pandering and getting a bit old. If those songs are getting old, Taylor Swift singing about her exes and break ups and relationships is ancient.”

Right? And I had no idea about the Taylor Swift thingy. I mean, not gonna lie, that Bad Blood video is damn sight for sore eyes, and it’s so damn catchy. Might be my guilty pleasure music. Well, you might have a point, but what about Ed Sheeran and John Mayer? Folks be doing the same damn thing, but they got a dick so we ain’t saying shit, haha.

“The one that is on the radio all the time? Thee whole this is my fight song. Take back my life song. Prove I’m alright, you get the jist.” 

Oh my God. That one. Yeah, I can’t stand it either, but I had no idea it was the actual title. I usually just groaned over the music and changed the station, so I never got the... Well, I was about to say chance, but we both know this ain’t the case, of actually hearing the chorus.

Hold up. It’s impossible that you haven’t heard about that goddamn ‘oouuh, aaaah’ garbage. It’s been playing non-stop on the radio for moooonths.

Wait, which Fight song are you talking about? I think you might need to hum, or something.

Yeah man I’ve listened to you watch that movie so many times. You planning on seeing daylight anytime soon? Countdown to Jurassic world?

I should be ashamed, but real talk.... Drift Compatible, man. That’s the tightest shit! And you guuuuuessed it! I mean, I’m excited for the movie, but I’m mostly wondering about what they’ll come with, since Jurassic Park is such a cinematic masterpiece.

I recently finished the Shield, and started watching the Unit, which in hindsight sounds a little hilarious. But I enjoyed both and they’re TV series with quite a few episodes.

Oh, The Shield! Yeah, I’ve heard some things about it, but I don’t know. Doesn’t give me the ‘Humpf’ effect, you know?

I feel like Netflix could hire me, though. “Since you’ve watched pretty much anything we’re providing to our users, would you like a desk? You’re one of us.” I’m not gonna lie. This is starting to feel like a problem. 

Is this before or after Summers tries to make us collapse at practice? Or during? I’m pretty much down for whatever. Do you have a plan in mind or are we doing this on the fly? 

I was thinking before, ‘cause I’m positively sure that any activities after soccer practice is a death sentence. And we ain’t gonna wish that upon ourselves. Lol, nothing in mind in particular, but I do remember you asking for some thang? About powers and whatnot?

That actually sounds really interesting? I mean, I’d be curious to know why younger people tend to push boundaries settled by the previous generations. (And then, be blamed for the riots when the kids finally realize they are treated poorly and unfairly, but that would be the subject of another essay.)
