Enjolras and Eponine friendship.

I hate how often Eponine is relegated to the “female best mate who keeps R’s head straight” role. I think she’s at Amis meetings for more than just following around Marius, and for being Rs bff (where does that even come from?). In fact I feel she would probably just walk all over R a little but Enj would challenge her mind, and she in return. Though I think she holds many of the same cynical opinions as R she’s able to hold a civil discussion and not have it descend into a shouting match.
