Screaming Into The Void

Hello friends, you may have noticed that I have not posted in a while.  With tumblr’s upcoming change in policy, to my mind, tumblr ceases to be the best place for my to post my tarot readings, so I am moving to instagram.  If you would like to follow me on there, please do.  My username is tarottower.  I hope to see you all there.

The trick is to walk that balance between being kind to yourself and understanding that you can and should do better.

The answer is right in front of you, if you will just open your eyes.

Perhaps it is not always wise to use the sword of your whit. Be a part of the celebration if you can.

Sometimes it really is just best to keep your head down, do your work, and let others go their own way.

You have more resources than you realize. Help is coming.

Everyone makes mistakes. Better to learn from them than be ashamed of them.

Things are hectic but peace is on the horizon.

Things were knocked off-kilter there for a minute but they are getting back to normal. Don't forget to incorporate what you've learned into your life now that normalcy is setting in.

It's good to laugh at yourself and not take yourself too seriously. Don't let that veer too far, because unchecked self-deprecation can easily become low self-worth.

Not all advice given has to be followed. Consider the sources and second opinions.

Don't ever surrender yourself to the idea that the strong don't emote; or that when they do, it's only anger. There is strength in emotional maturity. Holding back your ideas and thoughts and feelings makes you weak.

Uncomfortable, maybe. But will you be in mortal peril? Of course not. And the rewards outweigh the costs.

Let your guard down a bit, take a breath, everything is going to be fine.

Together you are more than the sum of your parts.

I have no sympathy for those who relish in their anguish. You could remove the sword from your side, the sources of your pain, but you refuse. Agony is an ecstasy best enjoyed in moderation, if ever.

Though you may never see eye to eye with this person, it is in both of your self interests to find the common ground.
