I’m not talking about energy to power cities, I’m talking internal, spiritual energy. It could come more naturally to me, I’m Lunakinetic, but the Moon messing with our emotions (and in turn our energies) has been a part of mythology and history for generations. She’s a fascinating thing, if you take enough time to learn.

So you’re a mutant that draws energy from the moon?That’s really nice.

The moon has more names and colors to us on Earth than you could imagine, but a Blue Moon is when two full moons happen within the same month. It makes for some wonderful energy.

But why would anyone give it a name different just because of it if doesn’t change colours? I don’t understand. Couldn’t it just be “second full mon this month”? And why energy? I know the moon influentiates gravitational energy and moves the tides but I don’t understand how it provides any type of energy. Tidal powersourcing hasn’t been improved yet, as far as I know. 

I do believe I could use a drink. Anyone want to go to a bar tonight?

She needed to meet this kid, get to know them. They were kindred spirits. They knew what it was like to be deprived of physical contact. Now she had to play the role of the professor. Cassius was a new student, so she had to welcome them as Professor Rogue, and offer her (gloved) hand as a friend. She tidied her office. She sat on her chair. And she waited.

“Excuse me?” They ask softly, thick accent toppling down and turned the knock, entering the room looking for someone just like.... them. 

I have the keys now, so they don’t hurt me as much as before... also I don’t want anything biting my ass?

I suppose so. Mother wouldn’t let me take them off and I never meant to hurt anybody. But clothes, food, animals and anyone that I touched. 

Well, L’Óreal may be wrong on this one, so as a general rule, just keep anything unfamiliar away from your eyes ok?

But can they lie about that? Lying is wrong! Okay.

But if I keep my inhibitors, everything is simpler and I don’t hurt anyone.
