After Photo: Transformations are like having a full time job (if done correctly). I woke up at 4:45am everyday for 90 days (12 weeks), had a weight training and cardio session in the morning, and more cardio in the evening (7:30pm). On my rest days, I did just cardio both morning and night. I also had cooking and meal prep to do so I could eat 6 meals a day! This was a 35-42 hour per week thing, to perform all of it! So the only thing we had time for was recovery (Aka fucking sleep!).... This was my sacrifice for 12 weeks!
