I agree with you about them getting together around October '25. We had the on-ice cheek kiss after the win over the Rangers, we had the Carbone dinner date. Then I think they took it up a notch after the Pittsburgh game on Dec 13 when Will got hurt. I think they both were surprised by the intensity of emotions they felt after that with Mack fighting for Will and Will witnessing that later. Post Olympics made it clear that they are it for each other long-term, which led to everything we saw in the spring.

I believe they were both surprised how intense it was for them after Will got hurt 🤍 I also believe the famous balcony video was also from that time but I am not 100% sure 🫶🏻🤍

What do you think of Will posting for the 4th of July. I know it may not seem like that big of a deal but quick throwback to the Olympics, he didn’t post anything celebrating it other than johnny gaudreau. I think this confirms that he didn’t post on Olympics day because of Mack. Will is in my opinion a pretty patriotic person so why would he not post on a huge day for American hockey? Opinions?

Yes 100%. And I mean I kinda get it why he didn't post for the olympics since it was a big day for Mack and it didn't end up that well. This on the other hand is pretty much not related to Mack at all and can share whatever he wants for the 4th 🫶🏻

2) When was their first kiss? Was it in the 1st or 2nd season? Which month?

4) Who persuaded the other more to move in together asap? Or was it 50-50?

5) Did they come out as a couple to their families or some teammates already? If yes, do e.g. Toff and Cat 100% know?

Oh okay very direct questions...I love it

1. From what we know Mack had a gf during uni years so I think during draft/develop camp they became friends and caught feelings during their time with sharks

2. For the first kiss I think it was maybe the end or mid 24-25 season 🤍

3. Will imo 🤷‍♀️ I think Mack's love language is more gestures than words

4. Both tbh

5. Families 100% and for their teammates...who knows, I am sure that Toff and Ty Dellandrea know (obviously) and the rest kinda figured out on their own

I know that some people think that Willmack is a very playful relationship and stuff and like the people around them all say they do crazy stuff together like Randy and drew and Toff but that does make me wonder, are they closer than people think they are? Maybe this is not even in a relationship standpoint but obviously both of them can have very deep/important conversations with each other, like when Will told Mack that he needs to be proud after 115 points, that conversation had to have come from somewhere where Mack was showing Will that he was insecure or even just that he was feeling like he was not good enough or whatever. So obviously they do have these deep conversations which does make me wonder how and why is will’s relationship with Mack so different from pretty much anyone else’s. Opinions?

wow I had to think a lot before answering this. I think they are definitely closer than we think because we see probably only 5% of who they really are. I think with the pressure of being in NHL and having a huge responsibily over your team you kind of naturally need someone to rely on and they knew (?) each other before so maybe that’s why they first started talking and it clicked really well at the end. Them coming from a bit different backgrounds plays a huge role in my opinion. I think Will actually cared about Mack since day one and never really saw him as this “dudebro” or as “THE Macklin Celebrini” but as someone who needs emotional support (we know Mack is a softie) and when someone provides you with so much care and trust you can’t behave like that with everyone else. I think that’s the difference…guys like Toff, Ty, Sam are friends. Will is that special someones who knows a bit more then everyone else, cares a bit more then everyone else.

I would like to read other people’s opinions on this cause it is a bit difficult topic to talk about

Thank youuu 🫶🏻 I think I mentioned this before but I see a really big shift in October 2025. Imo that is the time they let their guards down the most and obviously after the Olympics when Will was blasting his wellness playlist (Mack's jet leg prob)
