i love houses that are small but have enough room for skill building and a small family. i've been playing in this house with my current household and love it sm, so hopefully u take a liking to it too!!! 

i've been trying to find semi-unfurnished houses to download (just with kitchen and bathrooms furnished) as i find they're the most realistic and fun for my sims to 'move into'.  so i thought i'd just start making and sharing my own!!
