Okay SO. Our host has "borrowed" a bit in the past. Like only a little, but they're still okay ish at it.

I want to start lifting myself, and I know all their tips, but it's lowk a bummer when there's just such like, a limited amount of advice other's can give you? Like I'm a naturally confident gal. Pretty self assured and all. I THINK i might do well, but it still makes me nervous. They've only ever, like, lifted from dollar tree and a bit from Walmart so the body's experience as a whole is pretty minimal.
