Dream beautiful and unusual

I’m reading that “The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up” book and I’m prettyyyy sure it’s triggered my OCD which has been just chilling out taking a break in my brain for a few months. I now feel like I need to organize ALL the things RIGHT NOW or I’m a failure. And it all needs to be PERFECT. Then I ended up googling (my psychiatrist specifically tells me not to do this) stuff about OCD and then Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, which had me freaked out because I’m pretty sure I have at least one personality disorder already... and now I’m just anxious and feeling crazy. And I need to stop reading about organizing stuff, apparently. Even though I like doing it.
