E.L Medical Co. was struggling in innumerable ways. The workload was unforgiving, and the senior executives merely swung down the hammer brutishly. The nails being smacked down were rusty, ill-fitted, and, subsequently, abandoned their posts. The lack of employees began to reveal the fissures in the job as they're pushed to an exhaust point.
Doppo passively listened as peers gossiped about a temp service being employed to pull bodies into the grinder of their company. The idea makes him anxious for his department, he already struggled with those in his circle, and now to add a stranger. It turned his stomach, but he had to push all those anxieties down. His bald boss threw the responsibility of training and taking the temp under his wing on Doppo.
Of course, this was expected of him. Always remain humble and bow to the superiors - and always remain gracious and patient to new hires. It was hard when both sides didn't respect for him.
