Third Day! Woop Woop!
So, today we planted the lettuce.
We do Buttercrunch, Tango, Muir, Truchas, Breen, and Dragoon Lettuces
We also decided to start spinach again! Yay!
Since Wednesday is the middle of the week, it's the day that my boss has a little meeting with the other interns, so one of them and I were a part of it today! We made one of those "Netflix Documentary" videos using my boss' dog. He's so cute! He's an English Spaniel thing... idk much about dogs...

Another day, another post!
Today, my boss and I, Olive (Not her real name), planted microgreens!!! It's so much fun. We use coco coir as a base, then we sprinkle seeds (we put them in grams), and then some vermiculite on top to keep water retention! It's a really cool process, and it's definitely something I look forward to doing (I like playing in the wet Coco coir; it's super mushy).
Another thing: I washed a bunch of trays today... Oof... all we use is a little Dawn (not sponsored) dish soap and, if needed, hydrogen peroxide. It's a diluted mix (~10%, I think), and then I scrub with one of those brushes! It works pretty well to get the excess dirt and water stains off.
Well! It was a pretty good day. I really enjoy doing my job, and my boss is super nice too!
