I don't usually draw like this because graphite is such a pain: it smudges EVERYTHING, and it also shines like a damn mirror!! And to fix that, I ALWAYS get nervous when it’s time to apply the fixative. 🤡🤡

yes that's right, somehow the summer is almost gone and there are only 2 weeks left 😭

now that I have your attention/fear, I did actually want to check in on people's progress and see how y'all are feeling. I apologize that I haven't been the most attentive lately, but I have heard that some do not feel they will be ready on time, so I wanted to gauge opinions on the current schedule.

as before, late submissions are always accepted, and it would be my preference to not delay the event, but I recognize that I might have picked an awkward time with the summer, people being away, school starting, etc.

so, please sound off here or in asks/dms, and if enough people express an interest in moving it back a few weeks I will reevaluate. no judgement at all!
