MOTIVATIONS FOR COLLEGE

1. Parents, or Family, for that matter

Always think about how much your parents are working hard for you to be sent to school. Life is not as hard as you think...it's much harder. As you grow old, you will begin to realize the most important things in life and that does not include money and property. For the meantime, just think about what your parents are giving up for you to have an educational attainment. And always remember that they will always be there for you. This is true.

2. Your Dreams

At some point, everyone dreams of what he wants to become. Whatever you have in mind, you have to work have for it. Want a simple life? Work your ass off. Want a grand life? Sacrifice. My professor once said, "If you want to get something you've never had, you've got to do something you've never done."

3. Your TOR (Transcript of Record)

I'm being honest here. Having a clear (by clear, I mean no failing grades) TOR will impress your future employer. But don't make it a measure for intelligence. There are so many people who are smart asses but are just too lazy to work for a 1.0 (just like me most of the time). Avoid it. It's a turn off.

4. Set a goal, achieve, and reward

Set a goal and make sure it's achievable. Work your ass off, then reward yourself with something you've been wanting to have; maybe a retail therapy or a good massage..or just eat everything you want to. Haha.

5. Optimism

A positive attitude provides positive feedback. Always remember that it's all in the mind. I suggest you read the Law of Attraction. The one I read is from White Dove books. It helped me a lot to get through this far in college.

6. Choose your friends, but be open to the crowd.

This is just a tip, though. Go with people who are dumb enough to avoid the chill life and smart enough to set priorities. That was a bit contradicting, but let's be realistic here. Your friends set the bar of your grades. And if you choose to go with the ones who only care about chill life, you will also bring the risk of failing. Believe me. Been there, done that.

7. GOD

Pray. He will ALWAYS be there, even when nobody else is. :)

Nasagot ko na to dati, pero sige i-copy, paste ko nalang yung sagot ko para sayo? :)

Though it is not always the same for all guys, based on my experiences, the most common signs are:

1. When you walk past him, he will try to sneak another look (or two) at you.

2. When texting/chatting, even when the topic is simple, he finds ways to make it interesting and to prolong the conversation.

3. He shows interest on the things you like.

4. (Sometimes) he teases you or tries to annoy you. It can be irritating at times. But it’s just our way of showing that we like you. ;)

5. He ALWAYS wants to talk to you. But sometimes we get shy or we feel like we creep you out so we keep it moderate.

6. Even if it sounds odd/cheesy, we doodle our crush’s name at the back of our notebooks.

7. If he’s creative, he will write a song/poem for you. (I actually did both. Hell yeah!)

8. Some guys try to act as uninterested as they can manage. They just think it makes them look cool or it might get your attention.

9. Whenever he texts you, he only sleeps when you do.

10. If he tells you. Some guys are straightforward. If he says he likes you, he really does. Don’t doubt that.

Whoa. Medyo nakaka-relate ako. Uh okay. Pwedeng sinasabi nya lang na mahal ka pa nya para lang di ka masaktan. Or pwede ring nagkulang kayo ng time para magkakilala ng mabuti. Tapos nung kayo na, unti-unti nyong na-discover yung mga ugali ng isa’t-isa. Tapos dahil sa pangit na mga ugali e nag-aaway na kayo. Tapos yun, minsan ang hirap na kasi palagi kayong nag-aaway. Na kahit mahal ka pa nya, mas okay na lang na maghiwalay kesa paulit-ulit kayong nag-aaway. Baka napagod narin syang umintindi. Or napapagod narin syang makipag-away sayo. Kung puro away din naman kasi sa relasyon bakit mo pa gugustuhing mag-stay. Pwedeng nakipag-break sya sayo kasi feel nya mas okay na friends kayo kesa magkarelasyon. Idk, but that’s how I feel right now.

YES. But sexy can mean different things. Personally, I don't care if a girl is chubby, petite or thin. Please, girls. Being sexy isn't limited to your body shape. Being sexy can be seen on how you carry yourselves in front of people. We find confident and smart girls sexy.  Uhm yes, sweet girls are sexy. Talented girls are. Girls who don't speak ill of others are. Girls who are genuine are. Girls who are not high maintenance are. Girls who are funny ARE. Girls who like sports are. Actually there are a lot of ways to show that you are sexy. This post will be too long if I enumerate everything. And btw, I'm not saying all this just to boost your confidence. I'm saying this because it's the truth. And you have to realize that. That's the first step of being sexy. ;)
