Girl Dad! Sniper, who when the birth of your daughter, was trying so hard not to cry when he got to hold her for the first time; holding her up to eye level as he got to look the baby in the eyes for the very first time.
Girl Dad! Sniper has no idea how to take care of a baby, even with all the prepping and research beforehand. All of that was thrown out of the window when she came into the world. You helped him, of course, but you can't help laughing a little when he looks like a helpless wet cat when trying to calm the baby down (To be fair you were also in the same boat, but it was still funny to see.)
Girl Dad! Sniper, who for the first couple of weeks home was so in awe of your daughter, and could regularly be seen lying down with the baby, in wonder as she holds onto his much larger finger.
He loves spending time with her, just imagine him laying down on the rug with his baby crawling around and babbling at him as he physically decompress, looking wayyyy younger. You have so many photos of the two of them just chilling.
Girl Dad! Sniper who looks so much approachable when he has his baby with him in a harness. It's honestly so funny seeing this lanky skrunkly man with a baby at the grocery store.
Girl Dad! Sniper is so weak to her puppy-eyes, will cave so fast and get her whatever she wants (you scold him, but you are also a victim of the puppy-eyes)
Girl Dad! Sniper who was somewhat reluctant to introduce his baby to the others (mostly Soldier), mainly because he has NO idea how they will act around her and does NOT want to risk the safety of his baby, thank you very much! (This doesn't last long though, since they found out when they all decided to come to his house unexpectedly. Literally was sweating bullets when supervising them with you reassuring him it will be fine.)
Girl Dad! Sniper who accidentally was the reason why his daughter's first word was "wanker" (you both had a good laugh out of it though)
Girl Dad! Sniper who takes the kid out camping when she's old enough, teaching her how to hunt and survival tricks. He doesn't really care of the societal standards for girls, sees it as a load of crap (also the women from Australia literally could grow mustaches, my guy really doesn't give that much of a damn whether his daughter acts "lady-like" enough).
Girl Dad! Sniper whose daughter really looks up to him, and is eerily similar to him in behavior; just as a girl. He has no idea if he should be proud or a little confused of this development, though you can see he's secretly happy about it though.
Because of this, they both share a mutual understanding of each other, silently communicating with one another.
Girl Dad! Sniper whenever it's her birthday, he'll go out of his way to make something useful for her or carve out a wood figurine of her favorite animal (or if she likes hunting a lot, and many conversations with you, her very own custom sniper rifle).
Girl Dad! Sniper who raised his daughter to defend herself and take a stand, and is called frequently to the school alongside you whenever she gets into a fight. Will not hesitate to call whoever is there a wanker if the other kid was the problem and will not budge.
Girl Dad! Sniper will go to extreme lengths to protect his family (An example being when you and his kid were being harassed by a group of grown men while out, a few of them attempting to do harm before you scared them off; dude literally called his friends and tracked them down, before killing them and burying them in shallow graves).
Girl Dad! Sniper, whose daughter has no idea about his or your past, but whenever he feels vulnerable enough, he tells her little tidbits of his past and his job and how he met you. If she's older (like early to late teens) you'll both tell her the full truth. And surprisingly, is super chill about it. Why? Cause both Uncle Soldier and Uncle Scout told her already when she was way younger.
Girl Dad! Sniper, who loves his daughter and you so much, he never thought he would have a family of his own. He wishes his parents were still around, just to see the bundle of joy that is his daughter.
