Hunter: Easily like I always do ;)

Hunter: Shit Arden. That's hot.

“Yep, just by name. If I’m not already out there, ask one of the girls and I’m sure they’ll be able to find me and bring you to me. Maybe I’ll be able to give you a private dance if a room’s free.” Violet answered.  “I am glad to hear that, King, just as long as you know I’ll be keeping you on your toes too.”

Hunter would take Violet’s advice on board and he would probably have to ask one of the girls to go and find Violet for him if she wasn’t already in the room. That kind of thing didn’t bother him. “Yeah? Nice. I’m looking forward to it.” He’d always thought that Violet was easy on the eyes. Anybody could see that she was attractive. He was confident enough to say it to her face though. “Oh, I don’t doubt it, Violet. That just makes it more exciting.”

Thankfully, Hunter didn’t take long to arrive at the sorority house; having always been very dependable in that regard. As she had known that he was coming, she didn’t bother donning anything over her lingerie before she laid on her bed to wait for him. “I’m glad you like it”, she said, knowing that she had made the right decision when he complimented her. “That was a nice attempt at secrecy but most of my sisters have cottoned onto the fact that we’re hooking up”, she laughed. “I have to say that I’m impressed at your speed in getting here. You must have set a new record”.

Hunter didn’t mind being somebody’s booty call. He was always down to have a good time. Hunter didn’t have a preference either - he would happily go to a guys or a girls house - no matter what was going to happen there. “I’d compliment the nice shade of green that it is but that’s not the thing I wanted to compliment when I first look at you.” She looked amazing tonight. “Yeah? I wouldn’t say I’m surprised. I have a bit of a reputation.” He was known for sleeping around with different people. “Obviously! I ran a red light to get here. Don’t worry though - nobody else was on the road at the time. Just me.”

“I definitely wouldn’t go to that extreme. I like to think I’m mostly a pacifist.” Mina replied with a laugh. It was very true that Mina was a firm believer in trying to resolve things with words instead of fists and be calm but it didn’t mean she wasn’t capable of fighting, just that it would take a lot to get her to fight. “I’m glad it was better than others, though. That’s a bonus but if it helps, you’re back on campus and free to do what you want.”

Hunter could understand why some girls would be pissed at a guy for saying something weird.  The girls deserved to be as respected as the guys were. He probably would have reacted the same if he was a girl and someone tried to compliment him like that. “Yeah? I’d be feisty one.” Hunter knew he wouldn’t put up with any shit. “Yeah, exactly! I’m back on my grind here. I can stop over-thinking and do what I want again. Who would have thought I’d be actually excited to get back to Monarch, huh?”

“I know I definitely made the right choice.” Amelia agreed. There was always something about a tall man in a suit that she adored and it would be worth the extra fabric, that’s for sure! She started walking them towards the sorority house which was only a couple of minutes to walk. “I will warn you, I might have to get a little up close and personal when I’m doing the measurements so if you get uncomfortable at all, just tell me.” She had a strong feeling that he wouldn’t get uncomfortable at the thought of her on her knees in front of him while she measured the in seam of his legs but her model’s comfortability was always in mind regardless.

Hunter was a fan of suits of all different kinds. His wardrobe all full of designer versions of them. His parents taught him from a young age that men should always look classy whenever the opportunity arose. “Will do! Although, I’m sure I won’t get uncomfortable. I have no problem with someone getting up close and personal.” He was sure it wasn’t something he’d complain about. Hunter loved attention and he was pretty sure that he was going to like getting measured too. “You’ll see me wearing this new suit at the next big event around here! Heck, I might even wear it to Ollie and Lola’s wedding if it looks good and show off your designer skills to everyone.”

“Yeah, I remember that. You’re very resilient”. Whilst the two were no longer close friends, there were still a lot that she knew about him. It was strange because even after a relationship ended, you couldn’t erase all of the random facts and knowledge that you had learned about them over the course of the friendship.

“Always have been! Always will be.” He didn’t let anything stop him. He would keep on continuing to do whatever he wanted and let the world follow his lead. His friendship with Lola had been rocky through her seeing points of him that she didn’t agree with anymore. He understand it. Hunter would always respect Lola and her decisions regardless though.

“You’re doing everything that you possibly can. Unfortunately, you can’t force someone to leave that kind of relationship. All you can do is be there for them”, Amber-Jade agreed. “It really is. On my worst days, I get bitter and resentful that so many shitty things have happened to me. It just feels so unfair that I’ve had to deal with so much crap”, she admitted. 

Hunter would keep on taking his mom’s side on things. He wouldn’t let his dad keep talking to his mom like she was shit at the bottom of his shoe. It hurt him to see the treatment she got there. She wouldn’t walk away from him though. “Exactly! I’ll always be there if she needs me too.” Hunter would be there to hold his moms hand when she finally had enough and was ready to go. “Life’s like to throw things at us to try and make us stronger than yesterday.” It was unfair. Hunter’s words rung back to him. “I sound like I’m using Britney Spears songs as life lessons.”

Noah: I thought you would because it's going to result in a lot of great orgasms for you

Noah: once I think that I've nailed the recipe, I'll hit you up so that you can sample it

Hunter: Exactly! Who wouldn't want that?

Hunter: That's my guy

“That’s true but there’s a first time for everything. For all I know, you could have gotten a better offer on your way over here”, Noah joked. In all seriousness, though, he knew that Hunter would never bail on one of their plans. It was basically a guaranteed good time. “Not in the office, no. The cameras only cover the areas where the customers frequent”, he explained before falling silent, pressing his lips against Hunter’s again.

“A better offer that the only and only Noah Fynn? I don’t think that’s possible to be honest.” Hunter didn’t bail on anyone. He wouldn’t hurt anyone's feelings and go back on his words. Hunter also knew Noah was always a guaranteed a good time. What would be the point on losing out on great sex? “Thank god! I didn’t want to give someone some free porn to watch.” Hunter was silenced again when the other pressed his lips against Hunter’s again. His large hands pressed to Noah’s waist. He moaned into the kiss and tilted his head to deepen it.

Skylar’s cheeks burned red at Hunter’s words and she couldn’t help but taker her hand to her cheek trying to hide it. “Oh God” she said as a chuckle fell from her lips. “Hmm I don’t know that’s why I was asking” she said nervously. The blonde blinked a couple of times at the guy’s words. Getting hit on at the library? Never. “Oh, I… I just try to make people not notice me, not a lot of people really know I’m there, I guess it’s my power” chuckled the blonde. “Those words ever work for you?”

Hunter would talk to girls of any type. He didn’t have a preference when it came down girls at all. He was close to the cheerleaders, the grunge girls, the party girls, and the nerdy girls etc. “Would you really be surprised if a guy hit on your for being intelligent? It’s a cool trait to have.” Hunter wasn’t smart. He noticed his usual type were girls that were smarter than he was him. “Why wouldn’t you want people to notice you? Is that something that you do intentionally?” Hunter was the type of person that loved having attention on him. He disliked being ignored. “What words? Hitting on the hot chick with brains? I’d say that it’s worked once or twice.”

“It’s definitely one of her healthier strategies for getting rid of frustration”, Lola said simply. “His ego would never recover from that hit”, she joked. “I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t at your best right now. I hope that you manage to work through whatever shit is going on at the moment”.

Hunter knew he needed to work within a team. He couldn’t work through things all on his on. Having a supportive team and great friends helped him. It’s all he could ask for within a team. “I will! I have the determination work through it. I don’t let anything hold me back. You know that.”

Closed Starter | | Hunter + Noah

Noah and Hunter had made it a habit to ensure that their hook-ups would never get boring. It was extremely rare for the two of them to keep their encounters limited to the bedroom, which is why it wasn’t surprising that he texted Hunter and invited him to Rival Records to “christen” the office. As soon as Hunter arrived, Noah found himself locking the door and pressing Hunter up against it. “Took you long enough to get here, I was starting to think that you might have changed your mind”, Noah joked, knowing that Hunter would never bail on him like that.

Hunter didn’t mind being a little adventurous when it came to sex. He lived for the thrill of it. Hunter’s partner in crime when it came do to exciting hook ups was the one and only Noah Fynn. They’d made a pact to keep sex outside of the bedroom as much as possible. He was heading towards Noah’s work place to go and christen the office. Hunter stepped foot into the  office and was pushed up against the door that was in the room. “When have I ever bailed on you, Noah ?” He wouldn’t. It was impossible to say no when sex was always so great with his close friend.  Hunter cupped his one hand around the back of Noah’s neck as he leaned down and kissed him. “Any cameras in here?”

Noah: there are literally three goals for the year

Noah: 1) more sex, the more adventurous the better

Noah: 2) discover a miracle hangover cure that's /not/ a greasy mcdonalds breakfast

Noah: 3) make a Noah Fynn speciality cocktail

Hunter: I want a taste of the Noah Fynn speciality too

“I’m really sorry. I know how hard it is to see your mom stay in a relationship that’s not good for her because she still loves the guy”, Amber-Jade said softly. “I know that it’s not the healthiest method but honestly, sometimes I just can’t bear to actually deal with how I’m feeling. Sometimes it feels like I’m being suffocated underneath it all”.

“What else can I do though, huh? She loves him with her whole heart. I can’t do anything more.” Hunter could only support his moms choices and be there to stop anything happening whenever he was over at his parents place. He would always stick up for his mom over his dad though. “You’re not the only one, Ambs. It sometimes sucks that we’re born into so much chaos. The world is a crazy place.”

“Who else would I go to?” Amelia smiled brightly up to him. “I do need some measurements. The sorority house isn’t far away if you’re free for me to do them now?” She suggested. “Don’t worry, I have plenty of material to work with.”

“Exactly! You know that nobody’s going to be able to pull a suit off like me.” Hunter didn’t have any plans for the next hour or so - so he was more than happy to go over to Amelia’s place. “Yeah! I’m down! Let’s get me measured over there.”

“Yes but it depends…” She settled on her answered before going on to explain. “This is just my opinion but it depends what the compliment is if it’s a stranger. I wouldn’t really rate a guy who’s first words to me are ‘nice ass’ or whatever but I’d feel more likely to keep talking to them if they complimented something like my smile or my eyes or whatever.” Mina explained. “You too, nice to see you not through a screen.” The brunette told him with a smile. “That’s a good way to spend it if you ask me. Did you go to them or them to you?”

Hunter understood that some girls didn’t want to talk to a guy that’s first words towards them were nice ass or something along those lines. It wasn’t the best foot to start things off from. “Yeah, that’s understandable, Mina. I know a couple of girls that would probably smack a guy if he said something like that to their face.” He couldn’t pretend like also hadn’t done it too. Hunter, however, was learning to be a better man. "I went to my parents place. It wasn’t the best holiday season but it was better than others.” Hunter’s parents were arguing a lot of the time. It wasn’t really a nice environment to be in. He’d survived though. That was something.

Violet mentally tracked what her hours were. “I’m working 8pm until 2am so any time between then and I’ll be around.” She recalled. “Glad to hear you still have some fighting talk, Hunter. Having you around might actually be pretty fun.” Although the brunette was still a little tense about him knowing about that side of her life, she did genuinely mean what she said.

Hunter noted down the times that Violet was working into his phone. He’d probably go there around midnight to see if he could pay the girl for a dance. “Yeah? Do I ask for you by name?” Hunter thought Violet was cute. He wasn’t going to pretend like he didn’t have a little crush. Violet probably knew that though. It wasn’t something that he was going to admit out loud.  “Definitely! I’ll keep you on your toes, Violet. You know how I am.”
