this is a poster i made for my call to action assignment in humanities! it's a bunch of basic and easy stretches for people who sit and work at a desk all day (me)
the idea is that you'd put the poster up above ur desk and do the stretches every 30 minutes or so,, the whole routine won't take more than about 6 minutes to complete and when done regularly it can prevent wrist, shoulder, neck and back pain! :)
all these stretches can be done while sitting (although i HIGHLY recommend you stand up and move around while taking a break from working)

Ok, so, bottom surgery recovery is going ~splendidly~ tbh, Iβve been off opioids basically all week, sheβs healing well, she even looks pretty which at under the one-month mark is making me feel pretty optimistic. The only problems itβs giving me are that sometimes if I see something really gross it makes my body feel like itβs trying to suck itself inward from my vagina, like a black hole generated by the power of βew ew ew,β and that healing is really tiring so Iβm likeβ¦always sleepy. But tbh most of bottom surgery recovery has been peaceful, Iβve had a lot of time to do some self-reflection (which I hate, doing my own therapy as a patient suuuuuucks), BUT, I do have one funny story:
Right as I wake up thereβs a nurse there who hustles over and says heβs glad he saw me wake up and tells me heβs giving me some pain meds and then he gives me IV Fentanyl and so I go from like βOw ow ow ow awake awake awakeβ to βooooooh fuck Iβm floating on clouds made of rainbowsβ in like 6 seconds and so I was pretty out of it. The hospital had all the recently-post op patients all in one big-ass room, and they see patients for ALL sorts of surgeries, so I was next to an old guy who got his knee replaced on one side and some young 30-something dude with some kind of mechanism on his leg. So I asked him what happened since I was high as fuck and feeling kind as a result, and he said he broke his leg hiking off-trail when his leg went down a literal rabbit hole and snapped his shinbone. I say something like βdamn dude that blowssssssβ while giggling because Iβm high as FUCK on actual fentanyl and heβs like βYeah, for real, Iβm feeling great right now though! What about you? What are you in here for?β
And I fully was not thinking like a person, I was thinking like a fentanyl-addled tgirl so I just go βOh, haha, they cut my dick off!β
And he just kinda stops and is like βHah-WAIT what? Why?β and I was trying to think of an acceptable answer to tell this cis guy because itβs dawning on me through my drug-induced haze that not everybody wants their penis gone and before I can think of a response two nurses just came up andβ¦wheeled him away. Idk where to, and I donβt think he did either, because he kept looking back at me and frantically asking the nurses where they were taking him and I never gave him an adequate response so he probably thought he was gonna get that βTransgender for Everyoneβ shit before he was probably actually delivered to whoever his ride home was.
if i made a video game where you get to pick the gender of the player character i'd make both the options be nonbinary and you can either have they/them or it/its pronouns. those are your only options

Hey. If people aren't aware, Microsoft admitted they know who you and where you are at all times and will give your info to the police.
They have a Global Device Identifier (GDID) Tracker that functions as a fingerprint for your PC that can surpass VPNs, proxy servers and countries. Although it can't survive a clean reinstall of Windows (it can survive updates), because Microsoft forces you to go to the internet and log in into a Microsoft account, they will be able to get to you.
Microsoft kept it secret and it was only found out when the FBI tracked a hacker thanks to the information Microsoft gave them.
You should be paying attention to this, and possibly consider moving away from Windows. If a government, especially the US government, doesn't like you for some reason, this could be seriously concerning.

For journalism, activism, or domestic abuse situations, skip Windows and use Linux routed through Tor instead of a commercial VPN. A GDID doesnβt care which VPN you use, only that itβs still the same Windows installation.

What has researchers uneasy is everything else the case reveals. Costin Raiu, a well-known malware researcher, asked on the Three Buddy Problem podcast how much of this exists on other platforms, and whether it is linked more permanently to hardware. Matthew Hickey, another security researcher, called Windows βsurveillance softwareβ.
Two things back that up:
Thereβs no consent screen. A GDID gets assigned when you sign into a Microsoft Account. Appleβs advertising identifier needs an App Tracking Transparency prompt and a visible reset; Androidβs works the same way. GDID has neither, and a Windows reinstall only gets you a new number Microsoft can still get back to the same account.
Then thereβs activation. Massgrave, the group behind Microsoft Activation Scripts, notes that Windows setup sends hardware info to Microsoft and gets identifiers back, the same tokens later used for Store access and licensing: βItβs impossible to prevent Windows from getting a GDID without breaking activation and UWP app[s].β Anyone who lost a license after swapping a motherboard has already met a smaller version of this.

You can get and use windows 11 without logging in with a microsoft account, as of five days ago. I am a local user on my computer. Don't ask me how to do it, because my computer repair guy did it when he reinstalled windows, but there are tutorials out there. Refuse to connect to internet until you're set up and can use the computer freely.
Refusing to connect to the internet doesn't help. You have to open a Command Prompt (Shift+F10) and typing start ms-cxh:localonly (and pressing enter) during installation when you get to the sign in/create stupid ms account screen

Unless there's really really specific reasons to subject yourself to windows, please consider installing linux mint instead.

You actually cannot skip to being good at a creative endeavour that you haven't put much practice into. You cannot trick your way out of the 'knows that your work is not what you want it to be but don't know how to improve it' stage by planning or reading or talking about it really really hard. At some point you just have to craft through it until your brain finds it's own unique way back to the 'everything I make slaps' stage and be prepared to start the cycle all over again.
