Learning to be human again

It really fucked me up.

And for the first time in a while I can’t find a possible outcome for the story.

I give the writers that.i trust them a lot after LBD and the quality of the story so far, but either they put themselves in a corner or their master plan is beyond my capabilities.

There hasn’t been enough of development between Irene and Gen for Gen to just forget about Ai and continue her life with Irene. Even if we are right about Irene and Gen being together in the previous timeline; the things that Gen lived with Ai are not gonna be erased.

And I can’t stop this eerie feeling seeing Gen act like that with AI’s corpse.

Like it felt like those black mirror episodes when it used to be a dystopian fictional story and not every single tech news nowadays.

Like there’s something wrong in those moments and it feels that way and it feels like is a tell for the develop of the relationship between a human and a robot.

So either Irene have a way to bring back Ai, that would extremely insulting after having Gen dealt with all of that for what it seems to be weeks.

Or like Runaway this is a GL without a happy ending.

Rann got to changed her life and both Pheem and Gen got fucked up because of that.

Most of the fandom theories has come from the idea of replacing Ai with Irene in every single moment. An intention to curate the unethical situation according to real life.

However, the show says no. This is happening. This has happened. since the very first moment in the episode they are showing us the power thingy in Ai's neck. And they show us that every single time. They haven't showed it that much before.

How The lab guys talked about Ai like an IT but Gen refers to her as a a she.

And the literal mental breakdown that Gen has reach with all this situation.

No, the writers said this is happening,and we are gonna make the audience feel about it. And is gonna be delivered so well you are gonna feel for the robot and the human, even with you perception and judgment.

God this moment.

How the sound just cut and shows the real situation that is happening.

I am aware I promised not to talk about that show anymore but this is something I have been curious since I dropped the show in episode 5.

Maybe they gave us an answer later?

A major point of drama in the main story was that Lin's mother was forcing her to reconnect with Kate. Even bringing Kate to Thailand without telling Lin.

A situation that comes for her trauma with her ex husband and her fear that Lin would end alone like her.

BUT, what's the reason for Lin not telling her mother that she's dating Jane at the moment.

I never understood that part and I wonder if just something that they didn't considered or they explained after episode 5(where I dropped the show).

Like I can consider that Jane's aunt didn't tell her because she expected the girls to tell her themselves.

But why Lin didn't tell her?

Like we know that the mother likes Jane. She considers her a part of her family. Jane is a successful chef in the city, loves her daughter(Lin's mother knows Jane is in love I believe) and Jane looks like a goddess.

I can't believe she would be against them if she found out at that moment.

Like when Lin kneel in front of her mother to plead for not ask her to get back with her cheating ex fiance; why she didn't told her then?

Part of the force that Kate has comes from the support from Lin's mother.

But Lin's mom only supported her because she didn't knew her daughter was in a relationship with the person that has loves her since they were kids.

Did they explained this? or what people think about this?

Is something that just didn't happened so the drama can happen? like in TSOU Earn never told anyone what Lada's mom did so the drama can happen(but at least I can explain that Earn didn't want to make Lada hate her mother; I can't find an explanation for Lin's decision of not telling her mother).

It would be something like:

Lin's mom:Go back with Kate.

Lin: No, I can't mom.

Lin's mom: why?

Lin: I am with Jane now. You know I love her since back then(a spoiler for me apparently from the finale?).

Lin's mom:...Perfect! I love Jane. Let me block Kate.

Everything about the characters that I remember tells me that would be the conclusion.

And I never found out WHY.

Were they filming Poisonous Love so their schedules were a problem?

I was thinking about the 4Elements(like I usually do) and it comes to my attention that the joint companies project is shown in the cast. There’s major cast members of each company that stayed after North Star got the rights for the shows alone.

But the ones that are missing are Ginny and Jayna.

And I-dle performed in Lollapalooza. For what I watched the performance was great. Great vocals, stage presence and dance. The set was great too and it made me more sad that they cancelled their tour here. I was very excited to see them live.

HOWEVER it sucks that the only thing I get from the K-pop mainstream fans is that they went to see Jennie's performance.

I haven't seen anything said about their performance per se.

I think she was thinking " well the island helped Lom and Blew so maybe it can help me". Even considered wearing the same outfit that Lom used.

Kaphrao is doing wonders to carry on that feeling but it comes mostly from the little kid.

And with that everyone is gonna be against whoever treats her badly.

WHY?

Why the sound and the light effect?

Despise the name, The Fire is gonna be the most slow burn of them all.

And is because there's not indication that the feelings are mutual(like they did in the previous elemenets).

Is episode 4 and they are really taking their time showcasing that the inner feelings are mostly, basically only coming from Fai.

I was lucky to caught that she likes Kaphrao for a while in episode 2 or the whole thing would have feel complicated.

At least it looks like in the next episode Fai is gonna have a better approach. Which feels like an improvement she learned when Kaphrao told her thanks.

Like the spiraling into clown town is insane and speaks wonders of the quality of the story and the writers.

Delivered masterfully by the actresses.

To the point that has people conflicted because they are rooting for the robot. Like if you’re rooting for the robot that means that the writing has been as good that is making you question your own ethics.

I would continue paying attention to their goddess level cast through gifsets and pics people share online. But the stories? I’m done.

Which means I’m now officially watching just 2 GLs at the moment.

The unethical implications of having sex with the robot that has the face of your muse or falling in love with your bully keeps me going but the CH3 shows no.

Did they did the same in the other elements and I didn't notice?

References to their songs in the group they were together(like koisuru fortune).

Yeah sure it was a "plan" but everyone at that table was against what Fai did.

Is showing Fai that she is very much wrong about the way she interacts with Kaphrao.

And it comes from the people she loves the most that don't have this bizarre history with Fai.
