There’s no denying that it was an incredibly personal topic for the journalist. Without women like Miranda and Alerion there’s no way that a woman like herself would be writing for a magazine like Runway. The brunette knows bullshit when she hears it, although she doesn’t call the British woman on it. Everyone had their struggles and although that’s what this piece was about, there was no need to get that personal about it. “That’s good. I mean, they might grow up to be the next you after all”. Few children ever grew up to follow in their parent’s footsteps these days but she figures that a throw away comment like that is hardly worth worrying about.

“Of course, we have to fight for what we believe in and for equality after all.” The blonde agrees with a curt nod of her head in Alex’s direction as she lowers her gaze. Alerion can sense there is something more personal to Alex’s words, but she knows its definitely not her place to pry. “I hope they would aspire to something great, maybe even greater than what I have become. But I hope the best for both of my girls.” Her honesty is more obvious in her words this time, Alerion does wish her best for her daughters and she knows without a doubt both of them can achieve greatness.
