As much as we want him not to idolize Huey anymore. I don’t think that’ll be the case. Gold eyes scattered around for a good hiding spot from the e-droid. Hell, Rei was so hyperfocused on looking for a spot, that he almost ignored greetings or confused looks from their clanmates.

Blade starts with the direction he heard Rei run off towards initially, but that only helps for so long. His attention is laser-focused on his goal, and anyone looking at him might think he has reverted back to his assassin mindset for some reason...

It takes at least ten minutes, but Blade finally nails down the general area he knows Rei is in. He's a little surprised to find himself near Aster and Morvay's rooms; most people would probably stay away for fear of receiving one of Aster's infamous punishments, but Blade isn't worried, and apparently neither is Rei.

Blade starts with Morvay's room, but there's no sign of his target. It's not till he opens Aster's door that he finally feels Rei's essence. He grins and closes the door behind him.

As he heard Blade come closer, and even closer, there begins a regret of where he had chosen to hide. How was he narrowing in so soon?? It baffles Rei. Surprises him, really. And that surprise turns to some sort of anticipation and fear as Blade enters Aster’s room soon after. He even called out his nickname! How on earth is he able to know he’s here?

Rei's smile was rather tiny, but adorable, nonetheless. Olivine felt a bit proud of himself for getting the other to grin so warmly at him! Just from their previous experiences, he knew it wasn't easy.

The mention of ‘catnip’ was enough to make Rei splutter just for a moment or two, the smile of his quickly changing into surprise or even shock at just the mention of the substance. Of course Eiden told some other people; he knew that it was likely, but he didn’t expect the information to be out so soon!

I believe it has a possibility to? At least, if it’s affecting the corresponding species, or those akin to it. I think it could work on someone like Kuya. But, that’s for future research. I do think that the scroll made it affect me as well. I’ve seen Dante use it too.

Though, I think another word you’re looking for is cannabis? Or any other psychoactive substance?

That's rather fascinating! I do dabble in creating and using herbal remedies for various reasons. I can't help but consider looking into catnip for a stress relief remedy for yokai...or maybe they already do so? I've certainly got some research to do!

The smile on Olivine's face was wide and warm, soft blush dusting his cheeks as he clasped his hands together in excitement. It seems Oli enjoys doing a little research of his own in his down time...who knew?

That same warm feeling seemed to increase as the priest mentioned reading about cannabis and potentially experimenting with it. There was a shine to his eyes, too.

I do believe Morvay grows some of it in Aster’s garden. Way in the back of it, however. I don’t think he’s told Aster about where he grows it either. Nonetheless, if we are experimenting with this substance at the mansion, I don’t think Morvay would mind us having some of his some grown stash.

He then shot Olivine a brief wink as he spoke once more.

Olivine giggles at the thought, but it truly does make a bit of sense. Though, if the soil's good, I wouldn't be surprised if Aster saw a money making opportunity...

Rei's wink and mention of a "date" made Olivine gasp softly, but it quickly shifted into a half-lidded smile. Oli had never really had a chance to spend time with Rei, yet, so the whole idea was rather exciting! The priest was quite excited to finally learn more about their newest clan member.

And so, there they were. Olivine and Rei on the bed of the latter’s with the objects given to the two between them. A bag of crushed up cannabis and blunt paper enough to make about six blunts.

Hunching over the desk, almost a bit *too* close to Rei, Olivine attempted his first roll. It really was as if he'd been studying for an exam on weed-- packing the center of the paper with freshly-ground bud, rolling it into a tight little stick and even tying off the end like a pre-roll. Olivine examined it in his hands once sealed, looking a bit unsure of himself, despite his textbook skills.

I think this looks perfect, Father Olivine. It looks effective! The way that you packed it into the roll and tied it off is something I should follow. You did lovely.

A small, warm smile popped on upon Rei’s cheeks. And it was then when he noticed how close the priest was to him. Gods, did he always look so pretty up close? He never really acknowledged that at first. But wow, wow Olivine was stunning. With a light flush on his cheeks and a clear of his throat, Rei began to pack the center of his piece of paper with the ground plant and roll it up. His eyebrows did furrow at the tying part, however.

Being broken out of his silly thoughts, the flustered priest tied the end off so it'd be easy to light. The next step was to just...light it, I guess? Was there a lighter nearby? Or a match, at least? Olivine begun looking around the desk, and in the process of doing so, got somehow even closer to Rei...which was the first time he'd properly looked at him up close. Rei had a soft blush on his cheeks, the cutest mole placements possible on his face and body...O-oh dear! This wasn't the time to be getting distracted!

His thoughts are snapped out of however as Olivine asked if he had a lighter or matches. With a curt nod, Rei pulled out a small lighter and flicked the little switch on , the small flame waving in the air. As he looked back at Olivine its then when he vocally acknowledges how close the two of them are.

He absolutely coughed still, but much less than before! And...suddenly, something felt quite different than how it was before.

A ghost and a zombie? Now , Quincy as a dragon would make a serious amount of sense. Kuya being a werefox is such an intriguing concept that I’d love to look into more.
