I had to add an extra 1 & 1/2 tbsp milk and I put it in the microwave for 1 & 1/2 minutes but it was not even a quarter of the mug and it was impossible to clean out 💔

It’s probably better with applesauce or banana? I mean, I added a tsp of Nutella and it looked and tasted a little better, but personally I DONT really recommend it… 🥀

I was worried they wouldn’t be filling, but when I made them, I made two big and one much smaller, the inside was thick but not too stodgy, so I recommend eating this slowly and/or have a cup of green tea after two you don’t feel bloated after, but in my experience, it left me satisfied but not feeling disgustingly overly full.

Overall, I WILL be making these again, with low cal oil spray however, because the butter I had to add came up to 81 calories and I poured instead of using a teaspoon for the sugar… (48 cal) (so don’t make the mistake I made), but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE.
