Welcome to Wonderland LORE
Here's all of the lore (so far) that I have made for this universe :3 Might update this if I remember and got the motivation to do so
Wonderland is a magical theme park that aims to bring joy and excitement to its visitors. This theme park resides within a forest, making it difficult to discover unless folks frequent the forest and stumble upon it. In order to get more visitors, the one that currently runs the place decided to create “bridges” to other worlds in the form of a video game that people of those worlds can play and get the opportunity to visit Wonderland.
The theme park has a variety of rides and attractions scattered throughout alongside some food stalls and small restaurants. The most popular rides are the ferris wheel and roller coasters. Near the entrance/exit is where the shops from souvenirs to general items can be found. If one wishes to stay in Wonderland temporarily, there's the Grand Heartrose Hotel that's complete with several rooms, a buffet area and a cafe with an outdoor area that features a rose garden maze that has a fountain at the center of it.
About “Wonderland The Game”:
Wonderland's video game is a visual novel-styled game that has a bunch of themed minigames based on the different areas in the theme park; think of something like the minigames in Purble Place. This game is the “bridge” that connects Wonderland’s world to other worlds and gives folks from those worlds the ability to enter Wonderland’s realm. So far, there are only a few worlds that currently have this game.
By playing three different minigames, the player/s would be given the item “Ticket to Wonderland”. This can only be claimed once per day. When the player falls asleep, they will be transported and woken up in front of the entrance to Wonderland. It is possible for one to have a friend or two to play the minigames alongside them and they would all get the chance to visit Wonderland together the moment they go to sleep.
The minigames are different every day as to not lose the players interest in playing them.
Visitors usually consist of people that were from other worlds, but it is possible for people within Wonderland’s world to visit the place (if they're lucky enough to stumble upon it). These visitors are welcomed in by 8 AM and are free to stay in the theme park until 10 PM, unless they've checked in the Grand Heartrose Hotel. For visitors that are from different worlds, constant visitation of Wonderland would grant them the chance to either stay in Wonderland forever or return to their original world. The latter option would cause their Wonderland game to be deleted and barred from playing it again, which also removes their ability to visit Wonderland forever.
There are some cases where visitors were forced convinced by the owner to stay if he sees they have great potential to make the park a better place. It does not happen as often, so don't worry about it :)
Workers and Managers of Wonderland:
A theme park cannot function without people working on every aspect of it!
Workers of Wonderland all have similar uniforms with them wearing rabbit masks and a card suit badge that entails what their job is.
Heart = works in the hotel
Diamond = works on the rides and attractions
Spade = works on ensuring the safety of guests and security in the park
Club = works on food stalls, restaurants and shops
Guests who are seen to be rude and disrespectful to these workers are to be banned from going back to Wonderland.
The managers are the ones that make sure that the workers under them are working as intended and to look after their well beings. The main managers consists of:
The Queen of Hearts = Hotel Manager
The March Hare = Rides and Attractions Manager
The White Rabbit = Security Manager
For the stores and restaurants, they have different managers but the one that mainly takes care of them is The Caterpillar. The same goes to food stalls with her usually strolling around to make sure the food stall employees are working.
Owen, also known as The Mad Hatter, is the main operator and owner of Wonderland. He goes around and makes sure everyone is having fun in his theme park as well as ensuring that his employees won't be overworked and stressed out. He's also the first person you see once you arrive in Wonderland as he's able to pick up on new visitors and use teleportation magic to make his way to greet you. Oh yeah, did I mention he uses magic? Loves to show it off to his guests just because seeing them excited and in awe about it makes him happy. He will always be willing to show new people around Wonderland and is just an overall friendly guy that wants the best for his guests and employees.
But oh, be warned; he is not all what he seems. Or at least, that's what some rumors say about him.
Perhaps it's from that wandering cat that lurks in the shadows of the park?
