do you ever think how bitchy and annoying you really are and wonder how anyone ever tolerates you

I went to the doctor because my limbs kept going numb. Sometimes just hand hands, sometimes my entire arms and legs, a couple times everything below the neck. Turns out, this is my version of a panic attack. I was emotionally okay, maybe a bit irritated or upset but nothing like the meltdowns I would have when I’d have panic attacks in my early 20s. I worked really hard on controlling stress in my life so panic attacks wouldn’t be so debilitating. And it sort of worked, except that my body is still panicking without me. It’s very strange.
