Cory Hale is Derek’s little brother who everybody thought was dead when the tragic fire happened. He was revealed to be alive when Derek found him in the vault along with Boyd. How he survived and what he had been doing for the past years is still a big mystery, but his appearance was defiantly good news.

Cory is a raven haired man who has been on his own longer than any kid should. He’s tough, but resourceful and completely full of surprises.

Biography: 

Green Berg. The name was Green Berg, not Greenberg. No matter how many times he corrected everybody, he was still call Greenberg. All the blame was on Coach Finnstock who made it stick by yelling the wrong name over and over again. That was what made him special back in high school. That and apparently always being the one doing the assigned reading and all the answers to whatever a teacher would ask. Oh and of course who could forget being blame for all the failures of the Lacrosse team even when he was a decent player? That was his life. People knew of him, but did anybody really know him? Did he know himself?

He didn’t exactly made an effort either. He just moved along the paths in front of him. It was how he ended studying mathematics or being practically invisible all of his college life or working at a electronic retailer because what the hell could he do with a mathematics major? It wasn’t until he was cleaning his grandfather’s home after his passing that he had found out more about himself and his family. All of the journals, books, and herbs opened doors to him he didn’t even know existed. He had found his new obsession, spending hours and hours of something that could make him special. It got even crazier when so many things he had seem and experienced started to make sense.

He always thought he was an average human living in a crazy place. Turns out he was part of the same craziness that made Beacon Hills. He could not believe it took him that long to figure it out, but he was looking forward to getting out of his average life.

Yannick has the rare ability of being gifted in the things he didn’t like to do. For example, he didn’t want to be the left-hand of the Franjo pack, but he was damn good at it. It was the perfect role for a man of few words, one who would handle the strategic, unconventional and administrative tasks of a pack. For a man of few words, he disliked most social interactions, yet he knew the right words and how to handle a conversation. None of them compared to his hatred to being a werewolf though. Yes, he hated himself because he had been the cause of his parents’ deaths and yet…he had one of the best handle of his skills in the pack. He could even full-shift!

What did he like them? Baking. He loved baking. Ivan’s father saved his life twice. Once when he took him in after becoming an orphan. Twice when he showed him the world of sweets. One amazing piece of cake was all it took for him to find a path he never knew it was an option for him. Eventually, in addition to being the hidden leader of the pack, he was also one of the best bakers in the family business. It was what earned him the mission of not only helping Ivan, but be his main pastry chef at the bakery in Beacon Hills. It was Ivan’s father wish after he had passed down the alpha status to his son.

He liked New York. It was home. Now he had to make Beacon Hills his new home. Yannick did not know if he liked the town or not. It didn’t matter however. After all, he had the gift to do well with things he didn’t like.

Vai lived his life how it started. It started by his mother giving him away to strangers even though they were supposedly relatives of his. If they were they wouldn’t have abandoned him right? Yet they did a couple of years later. Vai ended in a flawed system. He got into foster home after foster home until he got tired of it. Why stay with a temporal family when he could just go anywhere he wanted?. Vai walked away with his ukulele, the only thing that really took care of him. That and some odd jobs here and then allowed him to have warm meals and clothes from the street life. It wasn’t a ideal, but it was enough.

Enough until he came to be into his powers. He didn’t understand them, but he didn’t need to. Survival was more important. His voice now was getting him everything he needed and more, so much more. He got out of control. Manipulating too many people put a spotlight on him and that spotlight got him to know what hunters did for living. Once again, he was walking with his beautiful ukulele. He went from town to town and city to city. Never stayed too long, but always left an impression. He just made too much noise. He wasn’t going from family to family, but it did seem like it with the way he was travelling.

And then he arrived at Beacon Hills. Somehow here things were different. Sure, it wasn’t a good idea to make too much noise, but somehow people didn’t care as much. In fact, it was what was got him one of his current job: an underwater artist. In other words, an entertainer disguised as a mermaid in a small pool above a bar. If this was acceptable, maybe it would finally be acceptable to settle down. He could only hope and dream for once.

Life still had ways to surprise him. Officially his job tittle was underwater artist. It was complete bullshit and Vai loved it all the same Vai never thought he would be playing a mermaid at a bar and getting paid for it He was a siren of course. It should be offensive to be playing this. Who cares! He was getting paid. Mermaid entertainment three times a week. The other days he would work at the bar, maybe dance one night or two if a dancer was needed. Sometimes it was best to hide in plain sight.

It was also nice to use his powers in a positive matter, for others that is. He was not using it for his own pleasure. He was not stealing, manipulating or even seducing others with the power of his voice. He was doing it all legally. Was that how life was suppose to feel? He wasn’t sure. All he care was that he had a nice job, a roof over his head, and finally having three decent meals a day.

Beacon Hills was a dream. it better not turn into a nightmare. He was growing tired of running from death. He wanted to be excited to run towards life. Was that too much to ask?
