Lien-da was empty on this dark day. Unable to hold the sight , glare or simple look of anyone she would happen to cross or know , she sat down on a bench , looking down . Eventually, she laid down on said bench , falling asleep…

Suddenly, she feels a laser pistol poking into her side. “Wake up, Legionnaire…”

He snarls, and jabs it harder. "I said, wake up! I am your Grandmaster Menniker, and, you will obey me..."

With little hesitation he hugged back and sighed a deep breath of relief. “I’m glad to hear that… I unfortunately didn’t get to know my own mother. Thing went horribly wrong early on”

Lara-Le has a look of concern and worry and worry on her face. "What happened...?"

"Knuckles! Hang on, let me help!" She gets behind him, and, starts doing the Heimlich manuever on him.

She smiles, in a very motherly way. “It’s alright, I can understand you saying certain things in situations like that.”

"Well, it's good to see you too." She gives him a motherly embrace. "My own Knuckles tries to visit as much as he can, but, sometimes, he's busy with other things."

"Knuckles! Hang on, let me help!" She gets behind him, and, starts doing the Heimlich manuever on him.

"Hmmmmmmmm, not as well hidden as Haven, but, it should do." He follows her inside, and looks around.

"It’s kept Dark Presence out so far." On the other side of the door was a hallway which Alexis lead them down until they were at one more door. Opening it she revealed a small room with a few chairs and couches. "Take a seat."

He takes a seat on one of the chairs, and turns to look back at Alexis. “Thank you. Now, shall we talk about your zone’s story?”

Alexis sits down in a chair across of the echinda. “Yeah I guess so. Where would you like me to start?” She would like to not have to tell him what happened to her dad in this zone. She knew how close he was to Elias.

"First of all, what are the events that lead to things becoming like this?"

"Hmmmmmmmm, not as well hidden as Haven, but, it should do." He follows her inside, and looks around.

"It’s kept Dark Presence out so far." On the other side of the door was a hallway which Alexis lead them down until they were at one more door. Opening it she revealed a small room with a few chairs and couches. "Take a seat."

He takes a seat on one of the chairs, and turns to look back at Alexis. "Thank you. Now, shall we talk about your zone's story?"

"Your father? Well, how did your world get like? Where is he? And, why in Aurora’s name are the Dark Legion-Or, the Dark Presence, as they’re apparently called-here?"

A sigh, yeah she knew that these questions were coming. “I’ll tell you everything you want to know just as soon as we get out of here. This isn’t a safe place to talk.” She turned and made a motion for him to follow her.

He nods. To be honest, it really would be a bad idea to talk in a place like this, especially if this future Incarnation of the Legion could be listening in. He follows her.

Alexis leads him to a hidden door and through a maze of almost impossible to navigate tunnels. They then end at a what looked to be a dead end before Alexis opens a panel to a keypad and after punching in a few numbers revealed another door. “Come on, will be safe on the other side.”

"Hmmmmmmmm, not as well hidden as Haven, but, it should do." He follows her inside, and looks around.

"Your father? Well, how did your world get like? Where is he? And, why in Aurora’s name are the Dark Legion-Or, the Dark Presence, as they’re apparently called-here?"

Alexis didn’t mind the mistrusting look he gave her. She’d gotten used to it living in a zone like this. She relaxed a little when he put down his hand. She wanted to avoid a fight if she could help it. “Yes I did, and I am. This world’s version of Elias was my father.”
