Do you have any advise on how to slim down my lower legs? I walk everywhere I go, and I feel like they are just huge! ..

NO omg, so I'm happy with my body in general, but my GOD DAMNED CALEVS ARE SO ANNOYING. Like when I've been at my lowest weight they're "better", but as soon as I start working out, run and walk a lot or something they just blow up hahah it's so annoying and I hate it. I wish I had an answer for you but I really don't :(

All I know is that you cannot target just one part of your body and work that out and hope for a perfect result. You have to take all steps, including eating right, cardio etc. I also know that people have different kinds of calf-muscles. Some have really short ones that in my opinion look really nice, like if you've worn heels a lot they get toned and "high", and some people, like me, have long muscles that just take up all the space in your whole lower leg and it doesn't look as "elegant"... But you can't really change the kind of muscle you have if you don't get implants or something haha ^^ x

Just got back from a 5.2k run (the .2 is very important) with my friend. It was horrible but still pretty ok for being outside and not on a treadmill in the gym ^^
