Some of this might be common sense and I’m reading too much into it, but we’ll see.

Gender dysphoria definition I’m using: “Gender dysphoria is a term that describes a sense of unease that a person may have because of a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity.” -NHS UK

How I’m interpreting this is you feel very uncomfortable when you’re not seen as the opposite gender/are misgendered.

For instance, a woman feels uncomfortable with her tits because they make her feel like she’s a woman, and not a man.

(That wasn’t meaning to misgender them, just trying to use an example)

If you don’t have dysphoria, then you don’t feel like the opposite sex, which kind of defeats the whole point of being trans.
