Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups cooked quinoa. 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 cup grated carrots. 1/2 cup finely chopped mushrooms. 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 whole wheat burger buns. Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings. Olive oil for cooking.
Instructions: Put the cooked quinoa, black beans, mushrooms, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, parsley, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. With a fork or potato masher, mash the ingredients together until they are well mixed and the beans are mostly mashed. Make a burger patty out of each of the four equal parts of the mixture. Put a grill pan or skillet over medium-low heat and add a little olive oil. The veggie burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're hot all the way through and have a nice golden crust. For a minute or two, toast the whole wheat burger buns in the pan until they get a little brown. Add lettuce, tomato, and any other toppings you like to your veggie burgers. Enjoy while hot!

Instructions: Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C. Add the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to a large bowl. Mix them together until the cookies are smooth. Add the eggs one at a time while beating the mixture. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. The semisweet chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in. Place dough balls about the size of a tablespoon on a baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Add a little flaky sea salt to the top of each ball of cookie dough. After the oven is hot, bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
