I think the only treat I am allowed is dark chocolate because everything else makes me feel bad

Just took me talking to my dear friend over tofu soup dinner to feel better about my brain because she gets it and feels that way too

Almost crying many times today since I texted my friend on my break and we apologized to each other

My stress dreams are always b having a cigarette

My life is giving me a headache lately. I don’t want to deal with any of it. Throwing a mini fit about it constantly in my head while being outwardly grateful because ultimately I am. But everybody is overwhelming me and I haven’t had enough time and space to figure out how I feel.

I’m so good at doing my own thing when the sun is out

Slept alone last night, fell asleep at 9:30. Had violent dreams all night that were resolved somewhat peacefully. Woke up rested before my alarm with the sun coming through my window. Knit a little bit and now I will make breakfast. I am more emotionally evolved than my partner and sometimes I need a break so he can process and I can relax.
