to be honest, i've been seeing this pop up a lot more on tumblr now that i've been uploading since last year. people make "reading blogs" but the only thing they do is like people's fanfic. nothing wrong with having a blog that you use only for reading if you prefer that separation of content from your original blog. i have one! but i make a point to reblog the fanfic that i enjoy. tumblr has become so inflated with silent (often entitled) readers it's crazy 😭
