Fallen Master

“Trial and error huh? Maybe, Honestly though I already got used to it. Since its very easy for me to pinpoint when things became like this for me.“  It was the one day that’ll haunt him forever, the only one he can recall perfectly for one particular reason. Being forced to kill his only friend at the time was not good for him at all besides recovering his full power.

Ven’s mouth opened like he was going to defend himself, but instead, it snapped shut. Releasing a breath, he rolled over onto his back, looking at Aqua upside down.

“Maybe… a little. But I do think it would help you too.”

““Huh, Well hope you get that. Doesn’t matter if things are peaceful on my end or not, a good nights rest has long since been lost to me.“ Not that the constant nightmares which are a reminder of him killing who he considered his only friend at the time will ever go away. But he saw no point in telling Aqua about that.

“And hot chocolate’s …. well, hot! Come on, you’ll feel better with a nice warm mug in your hands.” He persisted. Of course it was questionable if he was doing this for Aqua’s sake, or if he just really wanted some homemade hot chocolate.

"But hot chocolate! Marshmellows! Big mugs!" He's whining while rolling around at the edge of her bed.

{🍂}- He lets Aqua trace the ugly, bumpy scar on his chest from when Xehanort had locked his heart away after taking over his body, and all he could feel was the heavy guilt weighing on his shoulders once again. If he hadn’t been so trusting – if he just…listened to his heart, then maybe none of Xehanort’s plans would’ve worked.

He knew for sure that at least their master – that his father – would’ve still been alive.

Terra brought a hand up to gently lay over Aqua’s, his head remaining lowered as he spoke.

“Guess this is the mark you get when you don’t pass the Mark of Mastery exam.”

“Terra...” Her breath escaped as she felt the warm hand cover hers. Eyes soften as she stares up into his face. Her free hand lowered from his face and lifting to his cheek, thumb brushing gently over his skin. A sorrow clutched deep in her chest. She wished there was something she could do to alleviate their burden.

♠︎ Vanitas had been working on something, clicking his tongue as he shifts his weight. They were training and were focused on honing their powers, after all since being freed from Xehanort; his powers had been out of wack. Narrowing his eyes, his gaze focusing on a black blob on the floor. They had been so busy trying to get something- anything to form that he hadn’t noticed the blue haired woman come in. He did however tense up as he felt her hand on his back- scars upon scars danced across his skin, his body was more scars than it was skin.
