Donghyuck a olhou, como se estivesse pensando no que dizer ou apenas a admirando, o rosto iluminado pelo sol da Grécia, que parecia um holofote em uma peça de teatro quando o foco está em um personagem específico.

— Acho que não dá pra te descrever como previsível — ele finalmente disse. Suas bochechas coraram instantaneamente, e Donghyuck sorriu, passando a bola de uma mão para outra antes de acrescentar: — Vai, se apressa. Vou preparar o seu banquete enquanto isso.

Pela segunda vez, Donghyuck a interrompeu, tocando sua cintura enquanto segurava um prato repleto de frutas, mais do que você esperava, mas não podia reclamar, não com ele sendo tão gentil.

— Não sabia o que você gostava, então peguei de tudo um pouco — ele disse, e você assentiu, meio desorientada.

— Haechan te recebeu bem? — Jaemin perguntou. Você abriu a boca para responder, mas Haechan sorriu como um menino travesso e se sentou em uma das cadeiras, observando-a descaradamente, desafiando-a a responder ao cunhado. Sentiu suas bochechas corarem de novo, mas logo se recompôs.

— Sim. Me fez subir a escadaria com a mala, sozinha — você disse, sentando-se na cadeira ao lado de Donghyuck, que colocou o braço ao redor do encosto e a olhou com as sobrancelhas arqueadas, mas ainda com um sorriso no rosto.

— É mentira dela — ele disse para todos. — Não quer admitir que subiu as escadas só pra me beijar?

Ele sussurrou isso só para você, quase fazendo-a se engasgar com uma semente de melancia. Você o empurrou no ombro, e provavelmente teria se engasgado com outra semente se tivesse dado mais uma mordida na fruta, pois Jeno acabava de se aproximar.

— Oi — ele disse, ainda ofegante por causa do futebol.

— Oi — você respondeu, sem saber onde colocar as mãos, então as descansou no colo. Jeno puxou a cadeira ao seu lado, dando sinais de que se sentaria ali, mas Haechan, do outro lado, a puxou para mais perto de si sem aviso.

— O que você tá fazendo, idiota? — você sussurrou.

— Ele não é seu ex?

— Sim, mas eu não sou do tipo que faz teatrinho.

— Mas essa é a parte mais divertida — seus olhos se encontraram, e devido à proximidade das cadeiras, seus rostos ficaram muito próximos para uma conversa comum. Donghyuck afastou uma mecha do seu cabelo, encantando-a com um único movimento, porque aparentemente esse era o jeito dele — deixar uma impressão duradoura nas pessoas.

— Jaemin e eu estávamos procurando fotos para a retrospectiva e... eu encontrei isso — sua irmã entregou um álbum de fotografias, o seu álbum de infância, com as poucas fotos reveladas que você tinha, já que nasceu em 2000 e, com o tempo, as câmeras deram lugar aos celulares. Você sorriu, folheando as páginas. Em algumas fotos, posava com sua irmã, em outras com seus pais, e em várias estava sozinha. Quando criança, era bem fotogênica.

— Você era uma modelo mirim? — Donghyuck perguntou, apontando para uma foto em que você ostentava um sorriso doce com as mãos na cintura. Ele roçou levemente a mão em seu ombro, afastou seu cabelo, e tocou a sua nuca com os dedos. A essa altura, você mal prestava atenção nas fotos. Esses toques sutis bastaram para abafar todos os sons ao redor, fazer sua pele aquecer, sua respiração se descompassar. E mesmo sem olhar diretamente nos olhos dele, você tinha certeza de que ele sabia o efeito que tinha sobre você.

— Espera um pouco — Haechan fez você parar em uma página específica. Você não se lembrava mais do contexto daquela foto, mas lembrava do garoto travesso que a acompanhou o dia todo e apareceu em uma das fotos tiradas por sua mãe, com o sorriso mostrando dentes tortos e algumas pintinhas salpicando-lhe o rosto.

— Esse aí sou eu, burguesinha — ele disse, como se o seu olhar já não tivesse entregado sua constatação.

Você sorriu, ainda surpresa, e assentiu com a cabeça.

— Claro que é você.

haechan didn’t mean to snap.

he didn’t mean to grab you by the waist and push you up against the wall with so much force that you thought you had done something wrong, staring at him with a confused expression.

you know he’s not usually like this, his behavior catching you completely off guard, and his only excuse is that he’s just stressed. he hasn’t gotten a break, jumping from schedule to schedule, being told to do this and do that, pushing him over his limit. haechan’s stressed, but he really didn’t mean to snap.

his hands are rough, roaming all over your body and groping whatever he can reach. haechan’s normally sweet, treating your body with so much care that it makes you want to cry, but suddenly, like a flip had been switched, his hands begin to trail lower and lower, squeezing your ass and tugging your hips forward.

you gasp as you feel his bulge pressing against your core, mind trying to process what exactly’s going on because haechan’s never acted like this before, never taken what he wants without desperate little pleas, begging for you to make him feel good.

“hyuck,” you whine, wrapping your arms around his neck and grinding against his bulge, despite your earlier confusion. “what’s—mm, what’s wrong, baby?”

haechan just groans, burying his face into your neck and pulling you impossibly closer, itching for your body against his. he mouthes messily at your neck, biting and licking your skin until it’s wet, flushed red and properly claimed.

“hyuck—“ you try again, but it’s obvious that haechan doesn’t wanna talk, too wound up to even think about voicing his stress properly if the rough sink of his teeth is anything to go by.

he pulls away from your neck, sliding his hands up towards your waist and underneath your shirt, mapping the smooth feel of your skin. “mine,” haechan mumbles, leaning in to nip at your bottom lip. it’s the first word he’s said all night, and something about it makes you throb with desperation, this new side of your boyfriend weird, but not unwelcome.

you nod your head, leaning forward to connect your lips fully and tangling your fingers in his hair. haechan moans into your mouth, slipping his tongue inside and gripping your waist with so much force that you’re sure it’ll bruise.

everything’s so hot, making your head spin as your boyfriend practically eats you alive, almost as if he was trying to prove that you were his, leaving no room for argument.
