I think all of us, at some point in our lives, take comfort in fictional characters, relate to them, and they help us feel better and more at ease with ourselves (this is also slightly related to fictionkin but thats a post for another dayâŚ.)
with that in mind, i decided to make this post:
Hershel Layton loves you and youâre always welcome to sit down, have a cup of tea and a puzzle with him!
Luke Triton would give anything to put that smile back on your face, and is sending little fluffy puppies over to cheer you up! And cats, and capybaras, and hamsters, and parrots, and rabbits, andâŚâŚ
Flora Reinhold is in the kitchen right now, cooking up all your favorite dishes so that youâll eat them and feel better!Â
Don Paulo is basically ransacking his entire disguise inventory and trying to find the one disguise that will make you laugh. (Heâs torn between the Donkey Kong suit and the banana suitâŚâŚ)
Clark and Brenda Triton is running over towards you right now, with hugs to spare, and tons of little souvenirs and artefacts for you to play with!
Clive Dove is coming over with a hairbrush. He knows what youâre going through, and he finds that hairbrushing usually calms people down. Itâs what Constance did whenever he cried over his parentsâŚ.
Anton Herzen wants to remind you that there are things worth continuing to live for, and theyâre waiting for you in the future. Also, if you have meds to take, please take them. He knows what itâs like to feel so, so tired and weak.
Randall Ascot gives you a smile. Itâs hard for him to do it, but he knows he and you can both smile together.
Desmond Sycamore/Jean Descole is right behind you, about to pounce on you, kidnap you, whisk you off in his cape to a soft chair. Heâs gonna play the piano for you and tell you bad jokes in an attempt to cheer you up (heâs been practicing his jokes with Raymond, so heâs feeling confident!)

Claire Foley knows that you can pull through this difficult time. She knows you, and youâre definitely strong enough.
Leon Bronev is crying too hard to hug you, but he wants you to know that youâre so, so, so precious, and so, so, so deserving of all the love in the world.
Clamp Grosky IS ROOTING FOR YOU ALL THE WAY! WITH HIS STRENGTH, HIS COURAGE, HIS MIGHT, AND ALSO THE YARD, HE WILL BE RIGHT BY YOUR SIDE, SUPPORTING YOU AND BEATING UP ALL THE BAD GUYS IN YOUR WAY!
