Fun Fact! You almost always feel effects of MUTABLE transits/progressions/lunations/returns/etc EARLY due to the mutable energy being more “excited” than cardinal or fixed energy.

Cardinals can sometimes be felt early but are the most likely to be felt when at exact degrees or aspects.

Fixed is likely to happen on time or delayed. Same can be said for Capricorn/Saturn — friendly mention Aqua!

Most signs can be felt at their corresponding critical degrees!

The rising sign cusp and DSC can indicate the state you perceive yourself and your approach to relationships for that year!

Example:

Gemini ASC/Sag DSC = Learning about yourself + prospects/options/perspective expanding

Virgo ASC/Pisces DSC = Learning about self (Gem/Virgo Mercury energy) through healing relationship style (Pisces) / Pursuing healing connections

The difference of the pursuit is that Gemini is still an excited and curious energy, while Virgo seeks resolve and comfort before adding further to its plate in a way that is impractical. Virgo ASC (Mercury ASC) self-talk presents as:

Gemini in 10H engages well with others [unless native is afflicted], but could struggle with social awareness/boundaries. May even shy away from public events. Gemini rules CLOSE relationships. 10H is natively-ruled by cold, restricting Saturn. Presents as, “I run a tight ship.”

Evolving Gemini here is still willing to “experiment” (Sag 7H/DSC) and get hurt or at least let curiosity kill the cat. The discipline necessary bleeds in the 8th house with Capricorn, though uncomfy in a Martian + Plutonian Water house (Cap/8H). Presents as “You live and you learn!”

Depending on the Gemini ASC, live & learn can be super studious and motivated on excelling in the focus of study (note the vagueness). Jupiter-ruled 7H can delude aka hyperfixate. Relationships may feel like they have too much power/emotional stake over you or take away “too much time” (Cap/8H).

Jupiter + Pisces + Sag do have a luckier stroke than most, but Sag and Pisces are DREAMERS. Dreams can also mean NIGHTMARES. Pisces and Sag can have days where they feel like Tinkerbell*—kissed by fate in ways that feel beyond religion and human perception.

In contrast, they can often feel like being a hair away from falling off a skyscraper! Their luck is entirely coincidental and always feeling “transcendental.”

WELL….YES!

I feel like there’s something so nerve-racking about writing with bright colors. We, humans, are taught from young age that we must write in black or blue. Occasionally red. Artists make due with it all, and most children simply don’t care. Which color burns brightest? Which color feels good in my soul? Which one will leave the stain of a memory? At least that’s what I think they ask.

Sometimes it can be challenging for me to pick one thing, so I stick with the safe option—my black or blue. But my mind can’t help but wonder, what if I wrote on black paper instead? Then my words would burn bright in white ink. Maybe I’ll regret it later, but I had to consume the thought—pursue the ambition. I went against the grain and I enjoyed the experience. Then I wonder, what if all of the world was demanded to use white ink on black paper? What would history look like?

Maybe I will regret this in the future, but to make this moment more poetic, in a world of blacks and blues and reds— What will you do when red isn’t enough? When red doesn’t express enough? Create enough? When the thoughts and questions burn like the Sun if he was forever?

You will write. You will draw. You will paint. And you will regret it. You will create art from your regret and anxiety and look back and be grateful. Grateful you at least captured the moment you feared yourself. Your mind and it’s wildest imagination. When you allowed yourself to be a kid again.

You allowed yourself to wonder a harmless “What if?” You gave yourself a chance to breathe again. To have hope, and somehow transmute your fear into a passion for regret. Because when you live in a world where there is an answer for every question, why would you avoid even the most harmless ones your mind asks?

Let your mind wander, until it comes to a clearing with fresh spring water that trickles down stones and pebbles that filter it. That makes it taste like minerals. With weeping willows that wipe your tears from the treacherous journey. And tall grass this sweeps your ankles, but makes you feel small. The place where you can wander and roam, but still call home. When all that amazes you is the sunsets and chirping insects.

Cry to the sky. Howl with the wolves. Hoot with the owls. And burn with the sun. Because even though the sun lights our days and keeps our time, even he keeps a clock. Even he explores every crevice of his magma in awe.

Live a life in awe of yourself. Admire the first step like you’re a baby again. You’re teaching yourself and also walking ahead—ready to catch yourself when you fall. And everything that goes up must come down. So why not fall? I heard it’s beautiful on the way down. :)
