โข Everytime you say No to Sugar, your jaw hardens.
โข Stay motivated and distracted from the urge of excessive eating
โข Green Tea after every meal helps for faster metabolism and reduces bloating
โข Calorie Deficit is much better than fasting for very long periods because If you aren't exercising too you'll end up losing muscles instead and hungry
โข Again, CRAVINGS FADE, I promise. And by time they'll probably fade completely.
โข Eat in small cutlery
โข If the cravings hit too hard, eat in small portions just to fullfil your cravings, but Not to fullfil your STOMACH. That's why you can specialize very small cutlery for sweets. However, you don't have to eat sweets more than 2-3 times a week
โข If you want something sugary in general, Diet Coke works well. Aim to drink it less than 3-4 times a week to reduce bloating or If your goal is to be less bloated too.
โข Eat slowly with smaller spoons.
โข Snacking between meals isn't allowed.
โข It's okay not to exercise everyday, But It's not to eat to eat a lot as you want everyday.
โข Always start eating with Protein. You can binge on it! Fills your stomach and naturally it's harder to digest, and because it is, Your body burns calories just digesting it.
โข Never aim for muscle loss, It makes your metabolism slower and it'll be much harder to lost weight later. So If you want to preserve muscle mass, Aim for Cardio, Aerobics (Like Brisk walking, Jogging or Jumping rope), Resistance training (Is the most efficient)
