CGL (neutral term for dd1g/md1b): a BD$M power exchange dynamic between adults where someone takes on a caregiving role (“daddy/mommy”, usually dominant) and the other one takes on a more childlike role (“little”, usually submissive). This dynamic can be s3xual and involves power exchange and rules/punishments. Absolutely no minors/18+.

CGLRE (agere): a relationship (platonic/romantic but NEVER s3xual) between an age regressor and someone who looks after them while regressed (caregiver). It focuses purely on mental health, inner child healing, and comfort. There is no power exchange dynamic. Reminders and helpful rules/rewards. Minor safe/any age.
