KarkatCrab man is definitely the type to set up tons of movies and activities because he doesn’t really understand insomnia, seeing it as something that just keeps you awake in perfect energy, not as some sort of disorder that interrupts your sleep patterns. After a bit of explaining though, he’d apologize profusely and try to make it up by getting you gifts.- Would try and comfort you/interact with you when you can’t fall asleep- Expect tons of gifts like fluffy blankets and soft pillows from him- He would be a little upset that you didn’t tell him sooner, but would mainly be concerned for you and your health.- During the day he would do everything for you from making all your meals to cleaning the house while shoving you onto the bed so you’ll hopefully nap while he does so.DaveBeing a bit of a veteran from these kinds of things, Dave would be the second in line to relate after Dirk. He might have even gone through insomnia before so he would know just what to do, from helping to straighten out your sleep patters to getting you some sleeping pills for exceptionally hard nights. The first thing that would run through his head is fear. Nerves, anxiety, pity, you could name it all, the list goes on and on. Of course, he wouldn’t make a big scene of showing it, but would softly kiss the back of your hand if he caught you drowsy and dozing off during the day. He’d probably try and make you some sort of device programmed to help regulate and moderate sleep patters. If you won’t sleep, then he won’t sleep. Karkat- Having Karkat as a moirail is a wild ride. Because you’re expected to keep him in line, happy, and alive, you’re going to have to save him from himself.- Karkat’s arrogance is incredibly large (although incredibly fake) and could often get him into fights, or even lethal situations! As his moral it’s your responsibility to keep him out of this and to keep him in check!- You’re not the only one doing work. Karkat will try and have you vent to him, because he knows when something is wrong with his moirail. - If you’re ever sad, Karkat will be your shoulder to cry on. He’s gentle with these kinds of things in his own way, and will make you sit with him for some hugs and movies.- Moirail gossip sessions will be an occasional thing.- Sometimes moirails drift apart, and in Karkat’s case, when this happens, he’ll keep drifting until the space between you two is as large as a ravine unless you try and repair your relationship, because the only other options are letting the moirailgence crash and burn, or breaking up.- He may tease you or make snide remarks every now and then, but he doesn’t really mean it. (Unless the moirailgence is breaking, and he really does mean it.)Dave- Humans don’t really have a concept of moirailgence, so Dave is really more of an incredible best friend!- First of all, it’s Dave. He’s going to make you listen to his remixes, hop on video calls with him so you can keep him company, and he’s going to ramble about whatever he’s thinking.- Dave’s going to share raps with you all the time. Even if you ask for them to stop he’ll find a way. It’s Dave Strider, he always finds a way.- Venting about stress and buried emotions is something that’ll commonly happen, especially about his disclosure with Bro.- Now on his side, he’s going to expect you to do the same. If you’re feeling upset, if something happened, or if you just want to talk, he expects you to do something with it. In fact, he’s an entire truck load. The reason why Feferi broke off with him is because she felt like she was drowning, and that he was exhausting to be moirails with.- You’re going to need to a have a lot of drive to even begin to attempt to be moirails with him. - The relationship can tip to one sided very quickly. You’re going to have to express how you feel about yourself, him, and your relationship very clearly, or else he isn’t going to comprehend why you don’t want to listen to him whine about something for his sixth hour straight.- Eridan also wants to kill the entire land living population. Just something to keep him from doing.- Just because he’s a truck load doesn’t mean he won’t listen to you. A moirailgence has to have balance and trust, so that means he’s going to have to stop being incredibly self centered at one point or another.- Sometimes Eridan can be cold and distant. It’s just how he is.
