homesick for someplace that doesn't exist

hi everyone! i'm a 22y/o masters student, living on my own for the first time! i've been intermittently dealing with €d and $h for over a decade now, and I'm honestly just tired of telling everyone the same thing over and over again. no it hasn't gone away, no it's not getting better, and no, i don't even care anymore. so i've built this blog to be a place I can vent and share the thoughts my friends are already sick of, and the thoughts i can't share anywhere else. please don't interact with this blog if you are a minor, and please don't report. i'm not using tags, i'm not promoting, i'm just treading water and hoping i don't drown.

ive been heavily restricting for over a week and the scale like finally budged the other day, but my god

I genuinely think my body needs like a day where I actually eat something to remember how to burn
