He made a huge cultural impact online, spawning many AU's, fanfiction, fanart, ASMR Videos, a dating sim fangame and much more! People are feral for this TV!

He's middle aged, past his prime and terrified of becoming obsolete (so we must show him that he's loved!)

He's bad with modern technology and doesn't even know what an e-mail is

He is a deeply flawed, relatable comfort character for many

He'd be the FIRST object head to win the contest!

He is canonically queer

He canonically whines when he's asking for a walk

He introduced a lot of people to wireplay and contributed a lot to the entire robo smut genre (a lot of new tags exist solely because of him)

He is around 15 feet tall and can shrink to the size of an ant ("Tall enough to be a giant, handsome, apron- wearing older husband, and small enough so he can be like a glooby, cute pet that can be kept in a cage.")

He was originally supposed to look more like an Ant and had four arms in his early concept drawings

He'd do ANYTHING to entertain you and is desperate for validation

He has abandonment issues and deeply misses his ex who also happens to be a tumblr sexyman

He's emotionally unstable and has rapid moodswings

° He is older than Doof (to my knowledge from what i recall P&F lore is really timeline inconsistent). He has to be at LEAST 50 years old given that he is a CRT TV. He's likely closer to 70.

° He is canonically both divorced and also a child of divorce and has a buttfuck load of trauma from both events

° He has fangs.

° He is literally doomed by prophecy. Like the Deltarune version of the Bible straight up says he's supposed to fucking die lmfao.

Tenna had it pretty rough for the entire year we knew him: He is very lonely, no one watches his show anymore, his lover was missing for around a decade and Tenna is still grieving (p. s. there is no evidence in deltarune that they got divorced, it's an inside joke of this fandom, but there's plenty of evidence that they did love each other and they were separated unwillingly by outside forces, which is more tragic than the story of Romeo and Juliette, and who doesn't like tragic love stories?) - which gave him abandonment issues. And then he was forced to distract the main heroes, almost died, AND some of his employees are infantilizing him because they don't realize that he's acting the way he does due to all of those traumatising things that I named before (who wouldn't end up traumatised with THIS kind of backstory?)!!!

He deserves at least one good thing happening to him - and WE can help with that by voting for him as The Tumblr Sexyman of 2026! He deserves to be recognized for his show, his funky sense of style, his sense of humour, his perseverance through the bad times, his determination to continue bringing smiles to people, and his love for his partner that didn't dissappear after a decade (even if he denies it, lol), and his care for Susie (they immediately connected as soon as she entered "her name" on the podium in the beginning of his chapter and his care for her is everywhere in that chapter and in the Castle Town section of the latest chapter!), and...
