Molly Appreciation Week Day 4 - Flying Solo (Focusing on just Molly.)

Sherlock loomed over the body, examining and muttering to himself. He barely noticed the morgue door opened, assuming it was another stupid intern. He could swear the hospital got some sort of discount on the stupid ones!

"Sherlock?"

His head shot up and he froze, taking in the sound before be dared to actually turn and see her.

"Molly?" he asked. It was almost in the way a child would ask. He already knew it was her, but he still wanted the added reassurance.

"Hello, Sherlock," she answered, and he could hear the smile on her lips.

Finally he turned around and was greeted by a smiling Molly Hooper. She looked…mesmerizing.

Her hair was much shorter, coming down only a few inches below her shoulders. The color was a bright auburn now. She seemed to have come from a meeting or something, being in a simply navy dress and heels.

Sherlock walked slowly around the table, never taking his eyes off her. He hadn’t ever thought appearance was important. Somehow though, in that moment, nothing seemed more important than looking at her.

"Molly?" he asked slowly.

"Hmm?" she answered with little half smile. It was as if she already knew she had him right where she wanted him.

He got right up to where she stood and whispered,

"Please don’t ever leave London again."
