"Hello, I'm Madeline, a student in Richmond, VA, US. A friend of mine, Omar Mazen Rabah Hammad, asked me to start this fundraiser campaign for the benefit of his brother Muhammad, who is currently suffering from multiple sclerosis, metabolic syndrome, and enlargement of a liver, and needs an operation for the latter. The two have been trapped in Gaza since October 7th and have lost several members of their family and are in very urgent need of help. Muhammad's wife has died from the bombing, and quoting Omar, "his children will have no one left if I lose him."
Tomorrow (November 8th, 2024), as made clear to him by his brother's doctor, Omar will have to get 500 dollars for Muhammad's operation. In addition, Omar will have to pay for calcium for aftercare ("medicine every three days for 100 dollars"). If Muhammad does not receive this operation, per my messaging with Omar, "his liver will swell and something can happen to him at any time." His doctor made it clear to him that he could lose consciousness at any moment.
Omar told me that he wants to collect the funds necessary on PayPal as soon as possible. All funds donated herein will go to my PayPal, which I will then transfer to his. I thank each and every one of you who can donate or share this.
muhammad has an ig account (mohamed_hammad777, managed by his brother mahmoud), and omar's own gofundme campaign (which he doesn't want to use for tax reasons at the moment) was shared by 90-ghost, if there are any concerns of legitimacy.
