okay but guys can you imagine the first time you and tom share a bed? like nothing sexual, just the first time the two of you go to sleep in the same bed?
tom would be over at your flat and you would both eat take away, sitting on the ground, backs on the couch and shoulders brushing against each other.
the both of you would spend the best night ever, cuddled up on your couch, laughing at whatever the tv was playing. you would feel so cozy, wrapped up in his arms, with only the kitchen light and tv illuminating the living room.
after a while, youâd notice the rain pouring outside and when tom would get up from the couch, stretching and saying it was getting late and that he should head home soon, youâd just pull on his sleeve a little bit and when heâd turn to look at you, youâd lean your head on his shoulder and mumble a quiet âstay..â.
âyou sure?â he would ask, giving you a little kiss on the tip of your nose. and then you would just nod and say that the weather was horrendous anyway and you didnât want him to drive through it, especially in the middle of the night.
so youâd both get ready for bed, tom thankful he came over to your place in sweats and a t-shirt because he wouldnât have any spare clothes at your place (yet). giving him a brand new toothbrush youâd keep in your drawer, you guys would brush your teeth together bumping hips and pinching each otherâs butt while gauging the otherâs reaction in the mirror.
once you guys would be done, tom would leave you alone in the bathroom to let you have a quick shower and change into your pajamas. even though you would have been intimate together before this would feel like a new level of intimacy for you and you would still be a little shy about him seeing your body so this would have to do for tonight and tom would 100% understand and wouldnât really mind leaving you in the bathroom alone, he would just wait for his turn on your bed, scrolling on his phone.
and then when you and him would be all clean and ready to go to sleep, you would slip under the covers together.
and adjusting to each other would be a little weird at first because you wouldnât know how he likes to sleep, if he was a cuddler or if he liked having a little bit of space so after a few minutes of awkward silence with the both of you lying on your back and staring at the ceiling, youâd silently reach for his hand under the cover and intertwine your fingers as an invitation for him to come closer if he wanted.
and so he would immediately scoot closer to you because tbh he was just waiting for you to give him the green light.
turning on your side you would lay your head on his chest and let your fingers draw shapes on his collarbone. and tom would wrap his arms around you and tangle your pajama-clad legs with his and softly kiss your temple.
the moment would be honestly so sweet and youâd both feel so warm wrapped up in each other under your warm comforter, youâd feel like you are in a fairytale until tom would break the silence and say âi hope you donât snoreâ.
