Sugar Scrub for Smooth Lips
You will need
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or mint
Take 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar and put into a pot or bowl
Melt 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in the microwave for one minute or over a double boiler
Add the oil to the bowl with the sugar and mix until it thickens
Add half a teaspoon of vanilla or mint oil to your preference (optional)
Use a finger to apply the scrub to your lips in a circular motion.
To remove, you can either lick it off or wash it off with warm tap water
Natural Face Scrub
You will need
1 tablespoon green tea leaves
2 teaspoons of honey
Optional
vanilla oil
peppermint oil
cinnamon
Warm the tea leaves in water
Put the 2 teaspoons of honey in a bowl
Add the tea leaves and mix until combined
Warm face with water
Take a half teaspoon of the scrub and put it on the face
Scrub in circular motions
Body scrub : To get rid of stretch marks
You will need
2 tablespoons of coffee
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of your chosen scent
2 tablespoons of oil
Take 2 tablespoons of dry coffee granules and put them in a bowl
Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric in with the coffee
Add 2 tablespoons of oil into the bowl
Mix until it becomes a paste
Add 1 teaspoon of any scent of your choice (vanilla is reccomended)
Take 2 tablespoons of the mix and rub onto the problem area
DIY Hair Growth Mask
You will need
1 cup coconut oil
2 teaspoons pepermint extract
Optional
tea tree
vanilla
Steps
Put oil in your hair from the tips to the roots
Leave in over night
Wash out with warm water and shampoo & conditioner of your choice

Welcome to my blog! My name is Velvet and I’m an amateur herbalist and nutritionist!
I’m planning to use this blog mostly for recording my remedies and different tips and tricks I find in my research. It’s partly for people out there to see and maybe find helpful, but mostly it’s because I’m very forgetful and it’s nice to keep my notes in one place without having to worry about losing them.
Hopefully, in the next few weeks, I’ll be enrolling in a course in horticulture, so I’ll write up whatever knowledge I learn there alongside my own personal research and my original remedies and recipes.
