well, it was something to do with testing the limits of our mind and how we can more easily fall into a dreaming state when we're at the edge of our limits and that makes it easier to craft a dream scape, but i'll have you know, i'm actually better at this stuff when i'm well rested and not half groggy.

apparently it's good to know for defensive dreamwalking, but i'm not even in that track!
