In the last 6 weeks we’ve witnessed too many tragedies. Natural disasters. Acts of violence. Even sports have asked us to ponder and reflect on our relationships with one another; to which some have reacted with unity and some with division. Today, let us pray that Our Lady of Tender Compassion May hold us close and bring the intentions of our hearts, and all those who are hurt, suffering, and broken, to the throne of Jesus, her Son and our Lord. Amen.

Tonight, as we recall the Last Supper of the Lord, come keep watch with Him in the Garden following Mass. He will be waiting for you! 7:30 Mass and Adoration to follow.

Have you ever questioned if God is real? Not sure what to say to a friend who doubts God's existence? Join us this Sunday, Jan 22 for Mass at 5:00pm and our LifeNight from 6:00-7:30. One of our core members has prepared something really great!

In this week's Gospel, Jesus invites to people to leave everything and to follow him. Are you willing to do the same? What are you holding on to? What is it you can't seem to let go of? "Follow Me" is a divine invitation, an urgent request, and a beautiful challenge. Are you up for it?

This coming Sunday, our 2nd reading will remind us that we all belong to Christ. Are there any divisions in your life that need forgiveness or healing? Check out the 2nd reading at 1 Corinthians 1:10-13; 17.

Seek to do God's will today.

Today is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. We believe Mary was conceived without original sin. Simply put, she has perfectly received God's grace and was able to receive God perfectly; even giving birth to Jesus, God with us.
