we all have people we rely on

i do, you do, we all do. but remember that those people are humans as well and can have mental and physical health issues just like you can. if you ask them to be a therapist too often they might just break. sometimes these people might have to cut you off, sometimes they might just have to be alone. don't hold it against them. if they have mental health issues you shouldn't get angry at them for doing whatever they can to help themselves. if you get angry at them for trying to help themselves then you gave them an actual reason to cut you off, and its deserved.
